By accessing or using Code Humanizer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Code Humanizer is a web-based tool that transforms code using proprietary algorithms. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for lawful use only.

3. User accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the algorithms used by the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to excessively access the API beyond your plan limits
• Submit malicious code or code designed to exploit vulnerabilities

5. Intellectual property

You retain all ownership of code you submit to and receive from the Service. Code Humanizer does not claim any rights to your input or output code. Our algorithms, interface, and brand are protected intellectual property.

6. Privacy and data handling

Code submitted to the Service is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored. We collect minimal metadata for usage tracking. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Code Humanizer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to code errors, data loss, or academic consequences.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
